General conditions
After registration you will receive an email with your number of reservation.

After receiving your registration we will send you a confirmation email and an invoice. We kindly ask you to pay your invoice as soon as possible. Your participation is final after we have received your payment.

Annulation
If you cannot attend, a colleague may replace you. For annulation until April 25^th an administration cost of 30% of the total price (excl. VAT) will be charged (So this means an administrative cost of 123 euros (excl. VAT) for a chair and an administrative cost of 1.185 euros (excl. VAT) for a table). After April 25^th the full attendance price will be charged.
Annulations have to be sent in writing at daisy.juvijns@roularta.be and cedric.noens@roularta.be. If no annulation via mail is sent, the full attendance price will be charged.

Privacy Policy - Each participant in our Data News events accepts by registering that their basic information (name, first name, position, company) will be shared with the event partners. As well as that the photos taken at the event, are published afterwards on www.datanewsawards.be and www.datanews.be. These photos will also be shared with the event partners after the event.
